How to report spam email from a yahoo account to my other email account?

Someone heavily spam my company email box by sending junk mail from her yahoo account. How can I report this to Yahoo? Also if Yahoo shut down her account, she can immediately create a new account. How can this be prevented?

Choose Spam as the reason for the violation you’re reporting on.
Even though Customer Care may shut down her account because of the Terms of Service violation, she can repeat the process over and over again until tiring out. Just let the law deal with her and she’ll have to pay the price for her spamming ways.
