You can either configure the Microsoft Outlook for the desired account on this new computer or you can log in using a web mail interface (trough your browser).
If you choose the second option you can do it in 2 ways depending on your email hosting features:
1) Try to access a this kind of link http://webmail.DOMAINNAMEHERE.com (or .us .org or what is the ending) – the DOMAINNAMEHERE is equal to the part after the @ from your email address (if your email address is elizabeth@12345.com then this DOMAINNAMEHERE will be 12345)
2) You can try checking your inbox by using the CPanel or other administrative interface which your hosting has provided you or your system administrator.
Also in about 90% of the cases the first option/way is always working or if the address(link) is not http://webmail.domainname.com then it can be also http://www.domainname.com:XXXX (where XXXX is the port number – this you have to ask your administrator) – one quick suggestion: try to use port 2095 so the address will be something like http://domainname.com:2095
