How do I re-download Microsoft Office 2007 Basic if I lost my previous computer permanently?

On my old Dell, I had downloaded Microsoft Office 2007 Basic. Recently, the computer crashed permanently, and we lost all programs on it. I would like to know how to re-download that program, without having to re-buy it, if it is possible.

I am having trouble navigating the Microsoft Office site, so any help is needed help.

If the site you ordered it from has a record of the sale they may let you re-download it? I would first try contacting them and tell them you lost the key and could they resend it to your original email address that they have on file. If they do that then all you have to do is download it again.

Anything you pay for should be saved on some sort of removable media with the serial numbers or keys that make it work.

You might try the free equivalent know as Open Office
