Which company has the best internet speed?

I have Verizon. Their network is the most comprehensive, in terms of nation-wide availability.
Sprint, though, has the best coverage in major metropolitan areas, where buildings can cause signal disruption.
My card was $40 and Unlimited Data Service is costing me $60 + local/state taxes per month. All-in-all, under $70.
