We’ve recently ordered service from Time Warner, and they set up our TVs and PC, but we are now trying to connect our laptop to the internet as well. The router they gave us is made by Arris. I plugged in the ethernet cable, but it didn’t work. I checked into drivers, and it said that one is not needed for Vista. What do I do to get the laptop online? Thanks.
